Dre Ealy is a seasoned business leader with 15 years of experience in team leadership and software development. Prior to joining Oak Capital, he held key roles at The Walt Disney Company and Rocket Homes, and successfully scaled an esports startup to a $400M valuation, raising $100M in the process. A graduate in Business Management Information Systems from Central Michigan University, Dre’s diverse skill set positions him as a cornerstone in our investment endeavors.

 

Ade Amos

Ade Amos is a versatile leader with a rich background spanning over 8 years in engineering and management, 5 years in software consulting, and 4 years as a successful restaurateur. Prior to joining Oak Capital, he held key roles at BCG Digital Ventures, Shell Oil and Gas, Universal Music, and Ava Labs. Ade made a notable impact in the restaurant industry by transforming his Freshii franchises into a $1.2 million business, earning a front-page feature on the Houston Chronicle. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston and enjoys travel, road cycling, and live music. Ade’s multifaceted experience makes him an invaluable asset to our investment endeavors.
